Endian as only a proxy
«

Hi Gurus,
I have a firewall (192.168.5.1) and I am trying redirecting of http and https (80 and 443 to 192.168.5.2:3128) traffic to 192.168.5.2 (Endian FW with 1 NIC), the traffic gets redirected but the browsing does not work from the rest of the LAN.
I want Endian to work only as a proxy, and the proxy I want is a non-transparent proxy.
Can anyone help me in this requirement and I am fairly newbie in Endian.
Thanks
Rao

You can't proxy port 443 or SSL, but you would have to change the settings within your browser to point to the firewall IP for the proxy and port. Or set this in group policy in th DC. In IE its tools, internet options, connections, lan settings.
