No interfaces show on web admin pages when I first connect 2.2 RC3

I am able install 2.2 RC3 on a Tecra 8200 with one built in ethernet port and 2 pcmcia 10/100 toshiba NICS. If I log in via the command line utility I can do and ifconfig -a and I see that the system has 4 interfaces defined. 1 internal ethernet, 1 internal wifi a (disabled), 2 ethernet nics.
When I go into the web page for the fist time the configuration wizard comes up, asks the question until I get to the page that wants me to assign IP addresses for Green and Blue, but on this page there are no interfaces listed for me to select to assign to a particular color network.
I've messed about with trying to configure the interfaces manually by editing the /var/efw/ethernet/settings file and /var/efw/red/settings, but have been unable to find docs on manual configuration.
Questions: Why do my interfaces not show up in the configuration wizard? Can I configure the interfaces manually? Are their docs somewhere that tell how?
Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem. If you are using IE8 turn off the compatibility setting on the page menu. Make sure that display intranet sites in compatibilty view is unchecked.
