i need to decrease download speed at some client on my network (because the user, when i cut off emule, have found megaupload and some service about this...) ... All you can do is assign a priority to a port, but this will affect all users. In the next version release (v2.3) traffic shaping will be replaced by QOS. I'm not sure how extensive this will be.
