Good afternoon all.  OK, so I'm somewhat new to Endian - very impressed thus far.  However, having an issue with spam training.  I set up two accounts on our exchange server ("spam" and "notspam").  I've gone into Services and Spam Training and set up IMAP connectivity to the exchange server, but can't get it to connect.

Yes, I have IMAP enabled on exchange and on those particular boxes.  Smiley

The problem comes in when I list a folder.  So, as you can tell my by account names, the INBOX will be the primary place for spam, so I've tried putting in Inbox, "Inbox", /Inbox, "/Inbox", etc.  Nothing works.  Of course, I can't leave it empty because if I do, then it won't be able to tell the difference between whether this is a SPAM or HAM training source.  When I leave it without a folder name, it says the connection is good (on the individual test connectivity icon).  It indicates a failure when I do a test all though.  Very odd.

In any case, I guess what I'm really looking for is - how are other people setting up the spam training?  I want to make it easy for my users to be able to reclassify stuff.  I thought telling them to forward messages incorrectly classified to SPAM@domain.com and NOTSPAM@domain.com was a good thought.  If only it would work.  Smiley

Thoughts anyone?

Thx.

Kris
