Slow HTTP

I am using endian firewall at my office for about 80 users. My firewall computer configuration is below..

Intel Celeron 3.0GHz / 512MB Ram/80GB IDE HDD

and i am using a internet connection shared from our main contractor, they have 4MB Internet connection and  using ISA Server as firewall from that ISA i am using one IP address for my Red interface. and i have enabled DHCP in the Green interface for my local network

My Problem is that i have a SLow HTTP traffic.(Mail and messengers are normal)I have not enabled the Proxy. If i am enabling the proxy it even slows down the internet. i asked the internet provider whether they have some restrictions in theis ISA they told me there is nothing like that.

Pelase help me..

Check if you have any "Traffic Shaping" rules.

https://your-eden-firewal.com/cgi-bin/shaping.cgi

If no rules are active create two new ones and set the priority to high. Should speed things up.

I don't think that it matters what kind of connection you use for internet (on red interface). Be it PPPOE or static.

Another thing to check on is the content inspection/filtering. But should be editable through the Proxy Website. Which you don't have enabled.... hm.

Dunno anything else to check on. Sorry
