Title: Rename 2.2 Post by: tgoodson on Thursday 24 September 2009, 01:18:38 am Hi to all.
Is there a way to rename a Endian 2.2? Currently mine is set to something like efw-<10digits>.localdomain. I'd like to rename it down to something like efw1. Then, of course, can I force it to recreate the ssl cert? Title: Re: Rename 2.2 Post by: Rizzlar on Friday 25 September 2009, 06:52:43 pm From the main screen,
- Click on Network Configuration - Skip the first few steps, and at the bottom of step 3 there is the option to enter a different hostname. - Then just click next until the end of the wizzard. I think this re-creates the SSLs automatically. Hope that helps, Jim Title: Re: Rename 2.2 Post by: DIrEctQL on Thursday 15 October 2009, 06:27:03 am After I renamed mine I get the following:
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.14.5:10443. You have received an invalid certificate. Please contact the server administrator or email correspondent and give them the following information: Your certificate contains the same serial number as another certificate issued by the certificate authority. Please get a new certificate containing a unique serial number. You must delete old certificate: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Show Certificates -> Servers And delete your endian ip 192.168.14.5:10443 certificate Title: Re: Rename 2.2 Post by: DIrEctQL on Saturday 17 October 2009, 02:39:54 am It was the first thing I did.
