How to I generate and enable a new CA certificate for the VPN server?

I want to change our VPN CA certificate for security reasons. I searched the forums, but couldn't find anything for replacing the current working CA certificate.
I can use OpenSSL to generate a new key pair, but where does it go on the Endian firewall, and what has to be done to make it active?
Thanks!
