I have problems to enable users to google earth. according to google I might add to the whitelist the following servers:
kh.google.com
maps.google.com
auth.keyhole.com
I like to be able to allow access to google earth, I need a manual to manage black lists and white console if needed

Sorry I may not understand your question, but have you tried putting the necessary information in:

Proxy - HTTP - Content Filter - Allow and Deny etc.

am also having the same problem as Dogminno

I have added to the white list the following servers:

maps.google.com
auth.keyhole.com
earth.google.com
mt*.google.com
www.google.com
www.google.co.ke

and also have enabled HTTP authentication using windows AD. Anybody with Ideas on how I can get Google earth to launch?

answer from google help:

"Proxies may also block the use of Google Earth. Make sure your proxy permits access on port 80 to kh.google.com, geo.keyhole.com and auth.keyhole.com."

same here. No sulution when enabeling/allowing the mentioned sites

We had the same issue, but have a work around. Please double check it as we do not know what else it inadvertently allows.

1. We white listed the URL's as mentioned above in the content filter.

2. We created a 2nd Access Policy that allows traffic from Green to Any for an AD group, but specified no “User agent”. The policy must be placed after your main, more restrictive policies.

3. After this Google earth worked, but photos would not display from panoramio.com. This turned out to be a setting in internet explorer, in the Tools, internet options, connections, LAN settings dialog box, make sure the “Automatically detect settings” is selected.
