SMTP Proxy - Block Files by Extension - add extensions/file types

Is it possible to add extensions to the SMTP Proxy file types to block list? I've tried adding under:
/etc/dansguardian/lists/bannedextensionlist
After adding I tried rebooting the firewall to see if it would then re-read the list and acknowledge the extension I added, however did not have any success.
Is this the correct list, or is there another list in a different directory that I should be looking at?
Under PROXY -> SMTP -> Configuration -> File Settings -> Choose filetypes to block (by extension) is the list I want to add an extension to.
The reason I want to use this instead of a Mime type is so the email goes to my quarantine email address. This way if it is actually something I want to come through, I can easily retrieve it and pass along to the recipient.
Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same problem.
I'd like to add several other file extensions for a client.
Would anyone be so kind as to point us to the file that needs editing, please?

I found the solution.
The file containing the file extensions can be found at:
/usr/lib/efw/smtpscan/default/extensions
Hope it helps someone.
