Community version?

The 3.0 upgrade for the community version is posted in the development repository . . .

run
efw-upgrade -s

select "2" - development channel

the "1" - stable channel - has the "stable" v2.5.2 version/update from v2.3/v2.4

Hi
I have the same problem.  Community version 2.5.2.

I run
efw-upgrade -s
Select "2" - Development channel

Then it asks for a "Username"

Is this the system username? root?

Does'nt matter what I put in as a username I get the same results:
efw-upgrade -s
Please choose the appropriate channel for your environment and hit [ENTER]:
1) Production (stable releases)
2) Development (bleeding edge)
2
Please enter your username and hit [ENTER]:
root

+++ Channel is configured now.
+++ Call /usr/local/bin/efw-upgrade -s in order to change it.
+++ Try to upgrade efw-upgrade itself

Where do I get this username?

If I go to updates.endian.org/devel/repodata/repomd.xml, the site also requires a username and password.

Please help.

Kind regards

Register here:
http://www.endian.com/en/community/efw-updates/#.U1llEt_8Jdc

and then use the username you chose (usually your email address) to perform the upgrade
