IP-MAC Relation

I am new in your forum.
I am happy to be here.

I lookup firewall. I found Endian with help search engine, setup it VMware, and test it.
it is very nice, good interface, easy use, user friendly and powerful.

Let us come to question. I try several Linux Firewall.
But all of them not support to fix IP and MAC. DHCP support IP and MAC relation,
but users enter ANY IP address to their networkcard, it is work. But, the IP which enter manually, conflict the IP by given DHCP.
Also, users can be use another users IP.
Was Any solution supportted by Endian?
