Can't update firewall rules

Hi All,
I've been using Endian 2.5 for a few months now. I just noticed that I can no longer update/add firewall rules. I only have a handful, about 14, yet I can't add new rules nor update existing rules. I get the page update asking me to apply and I get the page update stating the rules were applied, yet at not time do I see the changes in the rules updated. i.e. I wanted to forward VNC to 5902 vice 5901 on the same workstation. A simple update of the rule should have worked, but it did not. After several attempts, I rebooted the firewall. Nothing. So I cleared my browser caches (used by Mac, then Windows, then linux with several browsers each) and tried again. No joy on any browser with any platform.

Any ideas? To save time, I've been looking for documentation on how to do this via CLI, anyone have a quick hint on that front?
