cannot access endian web from outside firewall

I am sorry for asking this noob question but how do I enable access of endian from outside firewall?

I have tried looking for such option but not available. Using endian 2.1 and 2.2.

Also tried googling but can't find the answer.

I also tried enabling port 10443 to be allowed in the system access under firewall. No go.

But this is for 2.1, what about 2.2? IT does not have external_access. It has system access which I have added but does not work.

Hi,

goto  firewall   ---->    system access   ----------->  Add a new system access rule  -------------> allow any ip any interface and then try again from outside the firewall, it should work ok. don't forget to click on apply changes.

if it didn't work make sure the network you tryign it from hasn't got the port 10443 outoing blocked.
