restore backup from 2.2 to 2.3

hello i restore backup of old endian 2.2 have probvlem to procesor reset the firewalls 17 minutes again again, the problem is kernel panic cpu procesor corrupt, any way i take a new machine and reintall one backup of 2.2 i can websearch, and vpn working but whem i tray to access the firewalls send this
