restricting firewall admin access using mac address instead of IP

Is it possible to restrict the firewall control panel access from a particular mac address only? Right now it's allowing access to a particular static IP only. But from my house I have a dynamic IP, and I cannot or will not specify a public ip block to allow me access from my house.
Hence I was thinking if there is a way to allow my machine to log into the firewall (via firewall's public IP) when I am home? Is it possible? If restricting via mac address is not possible, and I have dynamic IP, what else can I do to allow my machine access to the firewall backend?
thanks
