ENDIAN Firewall - proxy not work well after 2 mins of efw server startup

Dear all

i have installed the endian firewall 2.5.1 it was working fine but after 8 or 7 months i have recived calls from my office's that our internet not work when i gone and checked their proxy settings it was fine but still internet was searching ping to the sites were fine everything fine just http and https browsing was not working .

when i turned off the proxy in efw everything started working perfectly but still i have problem that all the url blocking everything is down and all can access anything they want.

when i turn off and turn on back the server its working only for 2 or 3 mins then back it starts working the same like previouse time can you guys please guide me what to do as im in very deep issue i need url filltering which proxy is doing but that is not working perfectly please please please i need your guys help at any case please.
