I create rule for RDP services
Incoming IP Service Policy Translate to Remark
1 ***.**.***.** (Uplink main) TCP+UDP/3389 allow with IPS 163.174.8.33 : 3389 allow RDP
Allow from: <ANY>
but not working help me!

HI
We had an issue with this that turned out to be the firewall on the server not accepting RPD form external networks but was from local.
How are you connecting the RED interface? This could have an affect if you are behind a router and not getting a public IP on the RED interface.
