For my current Setup i Have 2 Nics One As the red and the green interface i recently added 2 new i gigabit nic's and i want to set up a vlan for one of them to go to One single computer i have tried just pluging it into the the interface and for some reason i cant get an ip address is there more to this than just plug and play?

If you have added two additional NICs to the EFW then you would normally set these up as blue and orange zones configured with additional IP subnets, then you can connect the single computer to one of the zones and it will be protected from the other zones by the EFW firewall (if you want to allow traffic between zones you can use the Intra-Zone traffic settings of the EFW firewall).
In this configuration you will not need VLANs to separate the devices.
