Snort log to MySQL

I know that snort can do this but how can I get it to do this on Endian.  I updated the snort.conf file by hand but on restart it reverts the config file back to what Endian wants.

Yeah, Endian builds off of the templates. If you want it to be saved for good, its the snort.config.tmpl you want to edit
