Unblock requesting???

Hello,
I was wondering if there is some way to get an unblock request page to appear on the blocked page, so if the user requests an unblock it gets listed within the administrative panel for approval.
It would be really handy if something like that could be implemented as we want to use Endian in our testing environment of 20 computers, and we are currently using Cloudlink web filtering and the internet speed plumets straight into the floor. We have setup and configured EFC to work on the network but we cannot use it until we find a way of easily unblocking web pages by the click of the button without changing all of the content filtering policies.
Is there any way to do this within EFC???
Thanks
