Hello all,

I am configuring the Endian http proxy in my network and I succefully added the Windows 2003 AD we are using to the proxy. I then created 2 groups on the AD to use with access rules, one for general users with a black list content filter and another for admins users. But the problem is when users open their browsers (IE, Firefox,Opera) and try to visit the first page, the authentication window appears and when users enter their AD loggin and password, it won't let them, the browser doesn't accept their credencials... Do you know how can I do to make it work?
I have read on the Endian KB that time of AD and the proxy have to be syncronized, do you think that it can be the reason?
Thanks.

it's bug  and fix by  lorenzo-endian (developer)

Here is a workaround (run the commands as root):

# chgrp squid /var/cache/samba/winbindd_privileged
 # chmod 750 /var/cache/samba/winbindd_privileged
