can't open the web gui after installation

Hello all, I'm new...
I have installed the EFW 2.3 on the vmware. And I use the web gui to configure the red ,green and the orange zone.
red zone : dhcp . connected with an router.
green zone : 192.168.2.1/24
orange zone : 192.168.240.1/24
and the vmware is installed on win7.
After configuration with the web gui. I can't open the web gui with 192.168.2.1:10443 any longer. win7's IP has set to 192.168.2.12/24 and getway 192.168.2.1 and win7 is able to ping green zone. EFW is able to ping 192.168.2.12/24 (win7) . EFW is also able to access internet.
I can't understand why only the web gui can't work. when I use ie or firefox web browser. It is very very slow and can't display all the components of
the web gui. when I use the chrome. It failed. Please give me some advice...
Sorry for my poor english...
Thanks..
