If you need to reach an host on internet from your LAN, you have to create a rule on the outgoing firewall (Firewall >> Outgoing Firewall).
If you need to access an host which sits behind your firewall from an internet host, you can create a port forwarding to that LAN host. By the way, it is a good practice to place the machine which must be reached both from Internet and from the LAN in the DMZ (ORANGE).
Let me know if you are able to solve the problem!
