You need to forward TCP port 10443 to the firewall itself.

Go to:  Firewall ==> System Access ==> Add a new system access rule

Add the following rule:
Source address = nothing (You can add an IP address if you want)
Source interface = Red
Service: = Any
Protocol: = TCP
Destination port (one per line): = 10443
Policy = ALLOW
Enabled = Tick

Save your rule.

Now you can access your firewall from the outside (Internet) by going to:    https://FIREWALL.PUBLIC.IP:10443/

I just tested it by connecting to a server in the US via RDP and I can log into my firewall (I'm in Australia).
Are you sure you are using https and not http?

If you want to test that you have a path to your firewall from the internet, add the following rule:

Go to:  Firewall ==> System Access ==> Add a new system access rule

Add the following rule:
Source address = nothing
Source interface = Red
Service: = Any
Protocol: = ICMP
Destination port (one per line): = 8
Destination port (one per line): = 30
Policy = ALLOW
Enabled = Tick

Save your rule.

You should now be able to ping your firewall from the Internet.

If it still doesn't work, turn the Outgoing Firewall off.
Go to:
Firewall ==> Outgoing traffic
and click on 'Enable Outgoing firewall' so it is grey, not blue.

Good luck
:)

How is your modem connected infront of Endian?

If it is in Bridge mode, it should be OK - all traffic should be sent to Endian.
If your modem is not in Bridge mode, you must activate DMZ on your modem to send all traffic to your Endian RED IP address.

There is no bug. To allow access to the EFW from outside of your network you must do as Steve said and create a new system access rule, you also must make sure that your router is configured to port forward traffic to the EFW red interface for port 10443.

Also, well done in resurrecting a 3 year old thread  :)
