Has anyone seen an issue with Endian 2.5 and Packet Drops.  I have setup an Endian 2.5 box in my test environment and everything seems to be working fine after some changes to the settings, but when I start to ping google, after 5 or 6 minutes, it starts timing out and then it comes back up again, after three timeouts.

This is pretty consistent, it happens every 5 or 6 minutes.  And then I started doing a speedtest using speedtest, and everything works.  But when the speedtest maxes out, I see it drops again.  I can do this constistently, whenever I do a speedtest.

So I am not sure if there is a problem with Endian or my Nic is going bad.  Can someone help me out here?

Thanks.

I have run a ping test with my Endian 2.5 an no packet loss after 10 minutes when pinging to Google

Have you checked your Endian system and firewall logs to see if there are any entries around the time of the packet loss

check dmesg under SSH to see if there are any segfaults or divice errors

Hope this helps
