Sharepoint access not working properly with IE behind Endian FW

Hi,
We are using efw 2.4 at a remote location office. Sharepoint access to our main office through the internet is not working properly in Internet Explorer. Using firefox, all the documents in Sharepoint are loaded very fast, while using Internet explorer (tested with all the versions) it takes forever to load. Also some advanced features of SP are not working.
Had added the Sharepoint servers public ip to bypass transparent proxy list. Also the host ips for whom the SP access was important was added to the bypass transparent proxy list. Sharepoint designer software was giving "Zero sized reply" error while trying to connect to the server. From all other outside location, all the features are working properly through IE.

There might be IP conflict issue on different servers but it is really a serious issue.

I thought you should go for W3C validation first and then perform the website testing on all the browsers. You might find some solution of your problem.
