IE inverts RBL Selections! (2.4)

Hi,

I've seen this a  of times now.  Certain versions of IE do not display the RBL selections properly. 

More worryingly I have now had about a dozen instances where on inspecting the seldctions with Chrome, my previous selections are inverted!...  this sucks because i want to enable everything but Sorbs & USEProtect's utterly useless servers... and before I know it I've got the complete opposite, resulting in a high occurence of incorrectly blocked Emails.

I've only noted this with 2.4, perhaps it has been resolved in 2.5?
