using other proxy

hello guys. i need a help please.

i dont use efw proxy. my proxy server is other machine.
efw lan ip = 10.1.1.254 (my lan network 10.1.1.0)
proxy server = 10.1.1.253
i know that i must redirect ports 80 and 443 to my other proxy server port 3128 .. but i cant do it, i dont know how do this correctly.

what i need to do ?

 Port forwarding / Destination NAT ?
 Source NAT ?
 Incoming routed traffic ?
