Why was I "Banned from using this forum!" ?

Hello Admin forum!

I have a question why I access from long static public ip addresses of our own being Bock. To be able to participate in this discussion, I have to byp the proxy. We are a unit of education, range of static public ip addresses we've provided more than 10 years. I do not understand why bands that address our being "Banned".

Note:
For security reasons do not address the means to strip us out here. If I would be sent to you under separate channel.

We only ban IP address of members who SPAM this website with advertising or post pornography.
This website is not actively moderated (we do not check each message posted) so we have no option but to ban the IP address of the spammer.
There is nothing we can do if the IP address belongs to a school or university.

I am sure that there is to serve as any in this forum or your set does not allow access to many different ways as mechanisms such as load balancing. I do network administrator for a university in google and a member just sign up, definitely no pornography or SPAM to the message from us.
