Endian VPN client for MAC OSX Yosemite does not complete connection

Hello all,

I had to install Endian vpn client for MAC osx yosemite for the first time today and when I try to establish the connection it stops on the Downloading configurationn step.
It does not return any error, it just hangs there forever.

I can easily establish the vpn connection with other client versions for osx and windows.
The Endian firewall is a Mercury 50 UTM with version 3.

Does anybody have any idea or the same experience and might know of a way to solve this problem?
