Hello all,

I've been trying to get Active Directory authentication working but I can't figure out what is wrong. I've tried searching the forums and see some other people seem to have issues but I did not find any resolution. I do not seem to be able to authenticate from my clients end. I keep getting prompted for username and password.

I've set the following:

Under System --> network configuration

-Domain is the same as the proxy is using
-DNS is the same as the server I am trying to authenticate off of

Under Proxy --> authentication

Realm is: childname.domain.com

Domain name is: childname.domain.com

PDC is name of my DC and the IP is the DC's IP.

I click "join domain" and authenticate. It goes through.

In AD I set the Object to domain admins (just in case) and trust it for kerberos lookups.

I've set a static hostname under network --> edit hosts pointing to the DC

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what could be wrong?

Thanks!
