Is it possible to add more than one green zone, when installing a second network card? Each zone should have its own dhcp server!

I am not sure if it is possible but you can try to do some settings manually by going into
cd /var/efw/dhcp

There should be a file with the name dhcp.tmpl edit it. Before this check the contents of dhcpd.conf/dhcp.conf that on which interface is it set to lease IPs. You might copy the settings and enter the details in dhcp.tmpl and change the interface.

But I m really not sure if this gonna work...

You have 3 zones, green blue and orange. They are essentially the same, so you can have up to three "GREEN" zones, each one with different DHHP servers
