Deny IP pulic acess to EFW

I'm want to blocm some IP from internet acess to EFW. I've config in firewall --> Nat

Port forarding --> Add new rules
Incoming IP --> Type:netword/IP/Range: 58.186.63.12 (IP i want deny acess to EFW).
Incoming Service/Port: any/any
Translate to --> Type: IP --> Insert IP: blank --> Nat: nat
Acess From: Any
Filter from policy: DROP
check Enabled

Click Create rule

After restart EFW: this IP 58.186.63.12  normal acess to EFW

Please help me!
