You should start by checking in which channel is your system registered. According to post in .endian.com (Development upgrades to Endian Firewall Community 2.5.1 for registered systems
Tuesday, January 31, 2012) these updates are not available in production channel.

efw-upgrade -s will allow you to choose development builds instead of production builds.

OK - so according to the front page of Endian Community, the official version for new users is 2.5.1.  So why, pray, isn't the upgrade available unless we use the development channel?

I've never had to do this before....
