You need to add the IP address that you are coming from to Firewall -> System access

but this is very complex, because the the objective is to control multiple remotely efw's, from various IP addresses.

I need to control the firewall from multiple locations and I don't have the IP address of all places ...

some other ideas please :)

thank you for your answer and my apologies for my english   ;)
Greetings

Then add "all" and allow remote access from anywhere - not recommended, but that's your option

The only way is by adding rules to "system access"

/facepalm

Setup OpenVPN to each location. NEVER give access to the WAN for System Access. That is THE BIGGEST SECURITY HOLE.
