Title: transparent proxy block itunes

hi all,
I need help
when active the transparent proxy my client does not connect to itunes,itunes store ecc.
is possible insert ".apple.com" as exclusion of transparent proxy?
enter only the ip\subnet is very difficult.
how can I fix this?

It sounds like your Content Filter may be responsible. I would try adding apple.com, itunes.apple.com, & akamai.com to your Content Filter's Whitelist. Akamai is Apple's preferred CDN (Content Delivery Network) provider and iTunes uses their servers for a lot of its communication/downloads. You may also want to add the other two big CDNs, brightcove.com and limelight.com to your whitelist, or you may end up with situations were your users can get to a particular webpage but can't view a video embedded in the page.

Of course this will allow your users to access any content hosted by those companies, however the page that's hosting the content would still need to be unblocked or they would need to know the exact URL of the file on the CDN.
