Title: File does not exist message in system log

In the system log i receive message below

httpd: [Wed Jan 17 10:53:49 2018] [error] [client 192.168.0.44] File does not exist /home/httpd/html/include/updates.css

and also File does not exist /home/httpd/html/images/close.gif

What is it about? And can i do anything about it?
