Title: cant access internet from computers on green LAN Post by: stilltrying on Sunday 09 December 2007, 02:42:43 pm Ive configured red and green and can access internet only from green pcs that are logged onto the endian web interface. green interface ip address is 192.168.0.253 and my green zone (step 3/7) shows 192.168.0.253 with a mask of 24. however any other computer on my 192.168.0.0/24 network cannot access the internet unless i specifically log into web interface of endian. I have no problems with IPcop with any pc from network however I would really like to use endian FW because it much more feature rich. Could anyone please fill me in as to what may be occurring. I have added static routes using: route add -net 10.x.x.x mask x.x.x.x gw 192.168.x.x and computers on these subnets cannot access internet either. if i try to add 192.168.0.0/24 i get this error message "The GREEN IP address '192.168.0.0/24' is the same as it's network address, which is not allowed!" but the network address doesnt work so im trying to add general address. I am lost. ???

I installed the four networks. Ping from green to blue and blue to green works fine. But I can not get any access to the internet. Can somebody help me? Does it say connected?
How are you connected to the internet? What version of EF are you using 2.2 RC3? |
