It seems that endian look differently to www.endian.com and endian.com.

I created a rule in endian which allow an IP to go to endian.com only under proxy > access profile, this work however users can't access www.endian.com, while they can access endian.com without any problem.

Is this suppose to work this way?

Is wildcarding allowed/expected? e.g. '*.endian.com' vs the usual 'endian.com'

Usually you don't have to do this. The behavior you're seeing looks wrong.

Perhaps the page was cached when you were testing?
