I'm trying to deny the access to facebook to certain IPs during the working hours

from 8:00 to 13:00 ..... and ..... 14:30 to 19:00
i want to block just one IP (f.e. 192.168.1.50)

For the rest of the day I would like to use the actual i'm using
with the content filter and the black list i'm using as well...

i've tried to create some rule but they won't work... cause my actual policy allows facebook

any solution??

after some check... i've find an issue with HTTPS addresses....  Sad
need a solution for that.. otherwise facebook can not be blocked.
