I've noticed that in my clam.log I have this record:
"Your ClamAV installation is OUTDATED!
Feb 10 10:31:18 endian freshclam[15821]: Local version: 0.99.4 Recommended version: 0.102.1"

but smart update says, that in channels have no new packages.

How can I upgrade ClamAV?

this is not possible, its possible to just update the signatures

in a new version probably there will be a newer clamav
