hi,

i have installed endian 2.3.0 in vmware, i am facing on intrusion Prevention System, in server tab i started ntrusion Prevention System service and update rules, and showing "on" in deskborad but it's not blocking any thing and not showing any log in log tab..


plz help me

Hello,

You have check the DNS used snort, this are in /etc/snort/vars. the format is var DNS_SERVERS [4.2.2.2,4.1.1.1]

if is missing the comma does not work.
