Web-Interface always redirects to Network Setup Wizard

I have installed EFW community Edition 2.3, When ever i try to open the web interface, It always redirects to Network Setup wizard even we save the confguration.
Once we can the setup Wizard it prompts for the username and password
help me to redirect always to password prompt
