Hi All

I get the following error when trying to install endian on an amd athlon x2 64bit:

 IO-APIC + timer doesn't work

any idea?

hi ,


APIC stands for Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller, i suggest trying to disable settings regarding it in your bios. most probably your bios doesn't  fully support something. That's just my 2 cents.

Hey

I tried that but its not possible to disable it in the bios, also tried noapic on the install boot menu but no lock there
