Client PC can't ping EFW

I have two Virtual Network, (INTERNAL and EXTERNAL) the Client PC connected on INTERNAL can ping EFW and Client that's connected to EXTERNAL, but the Client in EXTERNAL can't ping EFW and clients that is connected to INTERNAL.
Any solution for this? Thanks.
