I would like to see an easy (click of a button) transparent mode for those using other firewall devices that would like to use endian for some of the other specific features like real time AV scanning, web filtering, and spam filtering. I think the need for Endian to have this feature comes from how economical Endian is even if just using a few of the features compared to many other commercial options.

I think EFW can do that from far ago. Not as easy as a click, but well, this is a very specific software not aimed to be that easy.

Two interfaces (or VLAN), http transparent proxy, AV or content filter on and you have it.
