How about a setting that tells the SMTP proxy holding a copy of the email for say 5 minutes after delivery.

During which, the admin if he choses to, can go see the email content (Another feature).

The link should be available in the smtp proxy logs to quickly access said email.

This feature should be made as a flag to enable/disable.
