I found a .patch file in the bug tracker to address a specific problem that I am having with the DHCP server, but I am unable to apply the patch due to the patch utility being missing in the distribution.  Does anyone know how I would go about applying this patch?

So... patches are posted in the bug tracker that are meant to fix issues with the software, but there is no way to apply them?  Hmm...

Does anyone know how to do this, or does anyone know how to get to 2.3.1 from 2.3?
