I would like to know is there a way to unblock an ip from snort .

Firewall Ruleset would allow to setup a rule with option "allow". This would scan with clam havp but not with snort.
in my opinion this button does not work. Thilo another user has the same issue.

So if its speed related you can test by disable snort. please reboot the box after you did changes.
