Running into ANOTHER nic not being seen issue.

This time with a single onboard nic and a quad port addon nic card.

Both show in lspci, but do not show in ifconfig -a

Onboard nic:  Intel 82579LM Rev04
Quad port card: Intel 82580 Rev01 (Intel Server Adapter I340-T4)

Is there a hardware compatibility guide somewhere?

Can anyone please tell me how to get these working?

Hey, I have the same exact situation. But I don't know the solution for it yet.

Did you also checked dmesg Huh I think you need to download and install driver for that hardware. I don't think there are any hardware guides...
